Urban Pioneer Realty came to our attention at the tail end of an
exhausting apartment search. After being shown various apartments by
other brokers that were either aesthetically disappointing, in the
wrong areas, or out of our price range, Ray and Joe at UPR showed us
properties that matched the criteria we had given them and gave us
real and meaningful rental options.
Most impressive about the brokers at UPR was their enthusiasm and
professionalism. We called UPR on a Friday morning, and by that
afternoon we were making arrangements to close the deal on a beautiful
apartment. The brokers at UPR called when they said they would call,
showed up on time for our scheduled apartment showings, and walked us
through the leasing process in a thorough and concise manner. Even
when problems arose with our chosen property (problems that were out
of UPR’s control) the brokers spent as much time as necessary to
resolve our problem and make sure that we were situated in the most
comfortable situation possible.
